  • Understanding of IT recruiting market

  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • English level — intermediate+
  • Additional HR training will be a plus


  • Full cycle recruiting 80% working time
  • Promoting the company’s brand and image to potential candidates
  • Onboarding new employees
  • Organize internal and external events
  • Support to employees
  • Administrative tasks
