- Proven experience as an Recruiter +2 years
- Ability to find unique solutions to attracting, sourcing, closing candidates
- Experience in designing and implementing an effective sourcing strategy
- Understanding of IT recruiting market
- Creativeness to find solutions
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- English level — intermediate+
- Additional HR training will be a plus
Responsibilities:
- Full cycle recruiting 80% working time
- Promoting the company’s brand and image to potential candidates
- Onboarding new employees
- Organize internal and external events
- Support to employees
- Administrative tasks
