What you need to get this job:
- 2+ years of experience in the role of Business Analyst;
- Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, and specification;
- Experience leading a team of analysts, preferably on multiple projects;
- Good knowledge of business analysis processes and techniques;
- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile principles and experience in Agile methodologies;
- English: Upper-Intermediate;
- Problem-solving and critical thinking.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Communication with customers and business users for requirements gathering
- Preparation of business-requirements/functional specifications for the software development
- Translation of the business requirements into specific deliverables: use cases, business process description, functional specification, etc
- Presenting specification documents to customers and development teams
