Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple teams, including setting goals and objectives, monitoring progress, and ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with other managers and stakeholders to develop and implement processes and best practices to improve overall team efficiency and productivity.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, helping them to develop their skills and advance in their careers.
- Identify and manage any risks associated with projects, working closely with the relevant stakeholders to mitigate any potential issues.
- Support pre-sales team in early stages of engagements
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
