Business Development Manager



  1. Lead nurturing

  1. New recurring revenue (quarterly/annual accounts growth)

Goals 1 year:

  1. 1m USD of business generated annually

  2. Project monthly revenue 30k USD+

  3. Structure Portfolio: get 60%+ of clients with stable MRR 

  4. Client division Knowledge base keeps always up to date (have quality Send Out Material handy (documentation, presentations, white papers, etc.) for initial client contact, process explanation, etc.)

What will help you to succeed:

  1. 400-500 new inbound contacts every month (at least 2-3 great prospects every month).

  2. Efficient Lead Gen and SDR process (you don’t need to book all appointments and qualify leads yourself). 

  3. Support from Marketing, Delivery team.

  4. Executive leadership team support. Ability to collaborate onsite in our awesome green office 

  5. Real case studies, Client references.

Working conditions:

  1. Base salary + commission (7%, 5%, 3% paid quarterly from revenue)

  2. Starting date of work 

  3. Trial period: 3 months. 

  4. Flexible working schedule 

  5. Remote work with the ability to visit the office

  6. 18 days vacation, 10 sick leaves, national holidays

  7. Salary is usually paid on the 15th of the following month;

  8. Tax compensation

  9. The company compensates up to 5 working days of vacation, in case of completed cooperation.  

Trial period terms:

  1. Close your first deal during the first 2 months of work.

  2. Receive the first payment from the qualified client no later than 3 months.
