The App Solutions is proud to announce a cooperation with Ernst & Young on one of the current projects. The App Solutions is developing an HR specific mobile application that is designed to improve the intern and new employee recruitment process for E&Y.
We believe that mobile technologies are capable of improving every aspect of our everyday lives which include all processes connected to our work relations and today we are proving that by cooperating with Ernst & Young.
Ernst & Young is the worlds leading provider of audit services and one of largest professional services companies in 2014. The company’s staff accounts for about 190 000 employees around 150 countries in the world.
The company’s HR departments around the globe manage a very complicated hiring process. Hundreds of potential candidates are interviewed at all E&Y offices around the world but only the best candidates would receive the offer.
The challenge is to improve the inbound flow of potential employees in the Ukrainian market for E&Y. The App Solutions is achieving this goal by providing a user friendly application targeted at potential candidates. It includes the information on current job openings, events, company background and other useful information that may be of interest for the potential employees.
The potential employees and trainees can also contact the company’s HR representative and initiate the recruitment process. The HR department would be able to send push notifications to app users informing them of new job openings and events that would take place within the organization.
We believe that the application that is being developed would provide a lot of benefits for Ernst & Young helping to cope with the presented challenges in the recruitment process.
This cooperation is a big step forward for App Solutions LLC which provides top-notch services in the development of native mobile applications for iOS, Android and Windows Phone. We always try to excel at offering only the best possible services to our clients.
We are looking forward to future cooperation with E&Y and we are confident that this cooperation will be mutually beneficial.
